SHIPPING & RETURNS
All orders are processed the same Business Day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. you will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
We use USPS (United States Postal Service) and UPS (United Parcel Service) as our primary shipping carriers. At checkout, you will have the option to choose between these two services for your shipping preferences. Shipping costs vary depending on your location and the items purchased. Your order will be shipped via USPS or UPS accordingly.

If you haven't received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@carolinadeluxeaccessories.com. with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
RETURNS
We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Please note that you have 3 days after receiving your order to inspect it. After this period, the purchase will be considered accepted and archived.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
For sale items, gift cards or wholesale purchases, we consider any order exceeding 6 units as a wholesale purchase, and as such, it is not eligible for return, unless an incorrect or defective item was sent, in which case it will be at our discretion to accept a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period.
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
